Quick & Easy Returns:
Customers may return any opened or unopened merchandise purchased from S365 Nhan Sam Hoang Da website to S365 Nhan Sam Hoang Da store within 30 days. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days. The S365 Nhan Sam Hoang Da reserves the right to deny any return. Note - some orders could have a restocking fee applied to the refunded amount. The FINAL SALE cannot be returned for any reason.

Please note that whether the item is opened or unopened the customer will be refunded via an in-store merchandise credit. Online orders paid for and returned to a S365 Nhan Sam Hoang Da website orretail store will be refunded via merchandise credit for a future store purchase.
If you do not have a receipt, we may ask for your first name, last name, and phone number to verify the purchase and facilitate the return process. In certain situations, we may also request to see a government-issued ID for identification purposes.

What Happens Next?
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

Wrong or Damaged Item?

Please note that dents or damage to the outer packaging from shipping are not considered product damage. Given that our shipping journey involves long-distance transit, including overseas shipping, occasional dents or marks on the outer box may occur. While we take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive safely, minor damage to the outer packaging does not affect the condition of the product inside.
Certain items, including sale products, and some personal care goods, are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Please be sure to contact us before sending back any returns. Due to California's strict hygiene laws, all returns must be pre-approved.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?
We make every effort to package your order so it arrives in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product swiftly.
Please note: If any items arrive damaged or defective, don’t dispose of them until you’ve had a chance to speak with a customer service representative. You may be asked to submit a photograph of the damage.
